This challenge has been the best thing I have ever done for my health. I have a completely different mindset regarding food, cooking, and exercising. Mish’s recipes are incredibly delicious and easy to prepare. Her home workouts are thorough and so easy to integrate into daily life. Mish is supportive and encouraging and the group of women are like-minded and all want to better themselves, which makes it so much more uplifting. I lost nearly 7kg and 50cm! I feel better and have copious amounts of energy to play with my 1-year-old.
