I understand that life is messy, chaotic and unpredictable which is why I offer class passes.
They're great if you're after something with a little bit more flexibility, but still need that accountability.
STRONGER LEANER
(UPPER LOWER PUSH)
As women, we can be scared of "bulking up". ​Strength circuit sessions are where we get strong, fit & continue to work on building a lean, toned body. ​Our strength classes work your entire body. Lifting weights is not only about building a bikini body but keeping you mentally and physically strong, too.
SHAPE & BOOST
(BOOTY & BACK)
This exercise routine is designed to target and strengthen the muscles of the glutes (booty) and the back. This workout typically involves a combination of exercises that focus on toning and shaping the muscles in these areas.
BOXFIT & CONDITIONING
Everyone loves Boxfit and HIIT (once it's over!).A fun way to get your heart rate up, sweat, and punch it out in our Women's Training Studio​
TONED & TRIM
(ARMS, ABS & CONDITIONING)
This is a comprehensive fitness program designed to target and strengthen the arms and abdominal muscles while also improving overall conditioning. This workout typically incorporates a variety of exercises focused on toning and sculpting the arms and abdominal region.
LIFT & ELEVATE
(FULL BODY STRENGTH)
a full body workout with a little more intensity- A touch higher reps & still working on some of our big lifts like different variations of squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, shoulders etc
