I found Mish when I was 4 months PP and in a haze of baby blues.
I didn’t feel like myself, I had a body that I didn’t recognise, and I was bored of my babies lacklustre conversation skills.
I started training and immediately committed to unlimited sessions per week - it just felt so good to be doing something for myself again.
It didn’t matter how much weight I lifted or how much I pushed myself during cardio sessions, the important part was getting out of the house and socialising with other women.
Over the months I saw my old body and confidence come back and I began to feel like I was more than just a mum.
