Based in Maroubra, we welcome and cater to women of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities and offer class pass options to suit your needs ranging from drop-in to contracts.

Hi! I'm Mish

As an entrepreneur and mum of two young children, I understand the term busy!

 

After 10 years of training women I know that when things get chaotic at home, the first thing we neglect is our own health and well-being - which is why I built Mishfit.

 

A safe, fun, and supportive environment for women to train, connect and see results.

 

I know that a fit, healthy and balanced lifestyle is the key to happiness and I work with my women to achieve this by mixing up our types of training with strength, circuit sessions using weights, TRX, core work, and functional strength exercises in addition to boxing and HIIT sessions. 

 

No matter your goal, I'll work with you to ensure you enjoy achieving it to get long-lasting results that will flow into your entire life.
